This policy explains what personal data SmartAlgoFX ("we") collects through SmartAlgoFX Pay, why, and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

• Merchant account data: business name, contact name, email, phone, country, website, business description, expected volume, password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Compliance data: information we request to verify a business, when needed.
• Payment data: invoice details, the customer email or name if the merchant provides it, cryptocurrency addresses, transaction hashes and amounts. Blockchain data is public by nature.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information, security and audit logs, and one essential session cookie.
• We do not collect card numbers. We do not store private keys of your wallets.

2. Why we use it

• To provide the service: create invoices, detect and verify payments, credit balances and process withdrawals.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations, for example anti-money-laundering and sanctions rules.
• To communicate with you about your account, security and service changes.

3. Who we share it with

• Merchants receive the details of payments made to them.
• Blockchain data providers (for example a TRON node/API provider) receive public addresses and transaction hashes so that we can detect and verify payments.
• Email and hosting providers process data on our behalf.
• Authorities, when we are legally required to.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Cookies

We use only an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as the account is active and for the period required by law afterwards. Security logs are kept for a limited time.

6. Security

We use encryption for stored secrets, access control, two-factor authentication for administrators, rate limiting and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us at support@smartalgofx.com. Some data must be kept to meet legal duties.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

We will post updates on this page and notify merchants of material changes.
